Founded by Matthew Green in 2025, our company is built on over 15 years of dedication and hands-on experience in the tree care industry. Matthew’s career began before he ever touched a branch, starting as a groundsman—hauling limbs and supporting experienced crews. Through hard work and unwavering passion, he worked his way up from groundsman to equipment operator, climber, and eventually foreman, coordinating and assisting tree crews in safe and effective operations for more than a decade.
After serving as a foreman for approximately three years, Matthew became a certified arborist in 2013, officially stepping into a role that blends leadership, technical skill, and a lifelong enthusiasm for tree care. He credits his success to genuine curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning, always striving to stay at the forefront of the evolving field of arboriculture.
